Can't receive verification code from Apple Wallet

Added card to Apple Wallet, received message saying verification code had been texted, never received text.

My Apple Wallet verification phone number off by 1 digit It’s what the title says. I go to verify a new card and the phone number is off by one digit. It’s correct when looking at my Apple ID and it won’t give me any other way to verify. I didn’t have this problem with the last card.
