How do I download pictures on MacBook Air to usb stick
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.14
They will be in alphabetical order as set by your computer. You may be able to sort it by chronological order. Try a few and see the results. By exporting, the pictures will not be removed from the Photos app so you will be able to experiment.

You can open the Photos App. Select all the pictures that you want to move to your USB drive. Then choose FILE and then EXPORT PHOTOS. Then export them all together on to your USB drive.

Insert the USB drive, then drag-and-drop the pictures to it.
