Unable to download Microsoft Teams on my IPad

Unable to download Microsoft Teams on my IPad.

It shows

Cannot Download App

Microsoft Teams is not compatible with this device.

Also Im tried to via Browser(safari), its shows Microsoft Teams - initialising....

How can i install Microsoft Teams on my IPad ? Is there any workaround or solution for this issue ?

The app requires iOS 10 or later.

Which iPad do you have and running which iOS version?
