Received email saying my iCloud storage is being deleted -is this a scam

I have received an email that looks genuine but says that because they Apple have not been able to collect my extra 79p per month my storage is being deleted. It gives you no other options -ie to update account details. I have money in my account so not sure why I got this? Who do I contact?
