I cannot find a purchased app.

Hi there,

I cannot find a purchased app, I searched everywhere.

There is the possibility of knowing the region that contains this app.

Thank you,

Riky

Perhaps the app is no longer offered by the developer through the App Store.

You can't download apps offered in other countries or regions.

Thank you for getting back to me.

I can find the game but it is a beta version and does not give me the opportunity to restore the purchased packages. The game is Disney Junior Play. When I downloaded it in 2017 I progressively purchased 3 packages. Now the same app does not allow me to give restore and get the purchased packages. Please help me recover these purchases, my son is driving me crazy.

If necessary, these are the order IDs:

MSQD1ZK4Q9 03 Dec 2017

MSQNKV3GSM 30 Jun 2018

Thanks,

Riky

App Store> Apple ID (your picture in the top right corner where you usually go to update apps) > Purchased > Search for the App here

Do bare in mind that an app which is no longer in the App Store may

  • Have security or technically faults
  • It will no longer be supported by the developer and receive no future updates
  • It may be out of date as it is no longer updated.

I cannot find a purchased app.
