I signhed out of my apple id and when i was sighning back in the phone that i had in for restore is no longer in function, so now i can logg back in. I tried recovery but it says it will take 4 days and i will be informed trough my icloud e-mail which i also can not acces . What do i do?

"When the wait period is over, Apple sends you a text or automated phone call with instructions to regain access to your account. Follow the instructions to immediately regain access to your Apple ID."
Sounds like your Apple account is in recovery mode which means you'll have to wait for Apple to get back in touch with you with details on how you can regain access to the account while they verify you are who you say you are based on the information you provided.

I get all that, but they say they will contact me trough my icloud email and that mail is also under recovery and i can not acces it.
