Remove the Junk button from Mail app?

Can the Move to Junk button be removed or disabled in the Mail app?

  • I don't receive junk mail, so I never use the button.
  • It's a mental overhead to differentiate it from the Delete button right next to it.
  • If I ever receive junk mail in the future, I'm fine with selecting Message > Move to Junk from the menu or using the keyboard shortcut.
  • I already have Mail > Settings > Junk Mail > Enable junk mail filtering and Enable blocked mail filtering unchecked.
  • I'm using a single Google account in Mail.
  • Running macOS Catalina 10.15.6 (latest as of now).
