Hi everyone,
Currently using IPhone 6plus OS version 12.4.5.My problem is whenever I try to use Facetime
only the video call button is active while the voice call sign remains inactive.I almost tried everything
that I found on different videos unfortunately that doesn't seem to help so can someone please share me their own experience if you have ever encountered this kind of issue.

Messages - If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime.
Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
You can try updating to the latest version of IOS 12 to see if that helps.

I upgraded my OS to the latest version but the problem persists. Another thing I noticed is
both facetime and iMessage didn't finish activation process still displays "waiting for activation", however, I can use both apps with no issues, the only problem that I face is with the audio call. Do you know any means that helps me to finish the activation process if that is the issue?

You are welcome. I just did a FaceTime as a test and I don't what you mean by voice call sign.
The one I circled it is always hidden that's why I can't make voice call.
My screen time is not turned on. Its IOS version is 12.4.5 will try to upgrade it to 12.4.8 if that helps.
