hi i purchased a case a little while ago and i know when you do so and the case gets ruined you can trade in the case and get another one for no cost . would you be able to tell me if i can trade it in ? not sure if i did so already .

How did your case get ruined? If it was from user/accidental damage they will not replace it. Otherwise click the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.

What do you mean by ruined? Apple will not replace the case unless it is a manufacturing fault / problem with the case rather than accidental damage.
