Let me rephrase my prior question. I don’t want to restore the whole phone. I ONLY need to restore the backed up VOICE MEMOS.
Yesterday, after editing and re-naming several Voice Recordings, I ran a Backup in iCloud. Then today I opened the Voice Memo app and saw the updated Voice Memos correctly listed for only a few seconds, but SUDDENLY the screen changed and the recordings list reverted back to their original state, as if I had never edited the length or names at all. The old list is being displayed, not the one I backed up.
I am definitely sure my new recordings list was backed up in iCloud. Voice Memos are always included on the list, and there was plenty of space for it, iCloud was not full.
So why did my updated Voice Memos return to their original unedited versions after backing them up in iCloud? And how do I restore them to the versions I backed up?
