When I push the release, the band will not slide out on one side
Cover the watch with a towel and run hot water on the button/side that is not working and slide it out when it heats up. Be careful not to get water on the watch itself.
while pushing and holding the release button on the band, try gently wiggling the band strap to the left and right. You must push and hold the release button the entire time when removing the strap.
