Subscription

You charged a subscription when I cancelled it the same tine i cancelled it.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

In the meantime, make sure your subscription is canceled. Note that you need to cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before a trial subscription to avoid getting charged. This article explains:
