Late 2006 Macbook A1181. First time user.3 simple questions.

Making progress. Got a better hard drive and the flashing blue question mark is gone. Startup light working. Now I have 2 things after power on.

1. Press power on and I get NTLDR not working. Under that Press Control-Alt-Delete to restart. It doesn't. Under that a flashing bar (cursor?). So I get nowhere on this page.
2. Press power on + Options and I get a cursor which I can move and a Picture of a hard drive, an upward arrow, and the word Windows (doesn't say which one). The cursor doesn't do anything. Single click, double. No response.
3. Is there a keyboard diagram available so I figure out what every key does? There's probably some combination of keys that I'm not familiar with.
