I just install to new Mac iOS and I'm not able to sign in to my apple account in Macbook air.

If you forgot your Apple ID password, the help page below will provide assistance.

If you are entering the correct Apple ID information, but it won't accept it, check your network settings and make sure you are not only connected to WiFi but also receiving internet.
