Running 4K display on 2012 Macbook Pro Retina

Anyone know if this works?

I am looking at a 34" curved monitor to add to my 2012 Macbook Pro Retina, which has one HDMI and two mini displayports to make the connection. One post said it ran at 30hz not 60hz, is this important for business use?

Your Mac supports up to 2560x1600 via thunderbolt and up to 1920x1200 via HDMI. No 4K.
