Credit card info not registering

I had to change my credit card information. I did so on the apple Tv/itunes site on my laptop. But it won't change on my apple tv. It still says I need to add new credit card info. It has been 3 months.

Please unplug your Apple TV from power for about 2-3 minutes and then re-attempt. If you still have a problem, please give AppleCare a call. If you are in the USA the number is (800) 275-2273 and outside the USA you can find the correct number by using AppleCare Contact Info
