Siri draining battery

Has anyone had problems with Siri And the torch draining battery even when is completely turned off and no apps running on the background!? What is the fix to solve this problem !?

It sounds like your device is showing that Siri and the Torch are using battery power, even though not in active use. We're glad to help!


Siri may show battery use if features like "Hey Siri" and Siri Suggestions are enabled, even if you haven't recently invoked Siri manually.


Are you talking about the Torch app or the flashlight on your device? The following information pertains to the flashlight. If you've not recently used it either by manually turning it on, or while taking photos or shooting videos, then let's verify if the flashlight is set to flash when receiving incoming alerts. The following guide explains how to turn this feature on and off:

If this is currently enabled, it would help explain any battery usage by the flashlight. You may choose to turn it off, then restart your device to monitor further and determine if the issue persists.
