I turned my phone off and tried to turn it back on but when I tried , the apple sign kept popping up and it wont turn back on at all . I've tried holding all the buttons and keeping it on the charger and nothing is working . What do I do ?
I have seen this type of iPhone behavior posted on the forums on a daily basis. I have yet to see a sure fire solution that works. This doesn't mean that the solution does not exist however it means that I haven't had the good fortune of seeing one. I, therefore, have the following suggestions based on what I know.
