my app store account has been disabled and I can't figure out how to get it back up.
Apple charged me for an app that I canceled last year. It was a $100 subscription for an app that I promptly canceled the last time I was charged the $100 dollars. I looked on my phone and the subscription notice said canceled July 2019 until it suddenly changed to July 2020 once I opened up a dispute with my credit card company. Now I can not update any of my apps or download new ones.
