my phone is out of order, doesn't showing any light (screen) and any other response, and i want to delete all the data how can it possible now

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! It looks like you're having issues with your iPhone not turning on, and we'd like to help.

Have you followed the various steps in this article yet? If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

If so, and you can still not get it to power on, you can use the iCloud website to remotely erase the iPhone, if it connects to the network. Also, you can remove the Activation Lock, if needing to have your iPhone serviced.

Scroll down to the section titled "If you no longer have your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch", as it not being able to turn on uses the same steps.
