Airdrop not working

I have done what all forums are suggesting, turning wifi, bluetooth and hotspot off and then back on again. I have turned my phone off several times and even done an update.

For some reason my airdrop keeps turning itself off on its own. When I first turn the phone on after turning it off, Airdrop is on ''everyone'' but then as soon as I try to share things to my computer, it just doesn't. So I cancel the airdrop and then that's it, it's back to turning itself off.
