iPadOS 13.6 Battery Issues on iPad 6th Generation

My 6th Generation iPad has a major issue on iPadOS 13.6, the battery will not charge when I put it to charge over night, it just stays on its current battery percentage, and the battery dies WAY faster, and the only way to charge it is to turn off everything and turn off the iPad itself and let it charge.

Does anyone else have this issue, and is it exclusive to the 6th Generation iPad?
