Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis.

Based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

If you don't know the correct answers for respective questions created for secondary authentication account , you can never reset them ( its impossible ) also apple support can't help , better convert the account into two factor authentication https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/iphone/iphd709a3c46/ios
