Lost backup

Hey, before some weeks I downloaded and updated to iOS 14 Beta Version. Due the many problems of this version I wanted to downgrade to iOS 13 until the original update is available, so I backuped my iPhone in my computer (windows pc) via iTunes. I set my phone back to iOS 13 but when I tried to transfer the backup in my iPhone, iTunes didn't let me ''because my iphone is old''. I changed the backup product version from 14 to 13 and tried again. It didn't let me once more because it asked for a backup password that I never set... Maybe I chose my backup to be encrypted but I didn't set any password for this. So now I have an encrypted backup on my computer and an empty iPhone. Any help?

As I said, the workaround you are trying to use was for a specific beta version of a prior point version and who knows what trying to change that now causes particularly since you are using beta software. Also, if you are using the Health app, or have an Apple Watch, then backing up to a computer requires an encrypted backup which would necessitate a backup.

I think you are just going to have to roll back your iPhone and then manually load your apps and start over.
