My son's Apple ID is locked because we got too many times wrong password

My son broke is old phone. We have new phone iPhone 6s. And now his Apple id is locked, because we got too many times wrong password. How Can i open the Phone?

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help. 


You'll need to convince them you are the owner of the account

Apparently, you have been unable to recover the needed password. At this point, you will need to request account recovery to regain access to your account.

 

In this regard, see Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204921.  Read the whole document carefully. 


Before requesting recovery, you may want to contact Apple support to discuss your issue. Here are some good support options:
