Sharing iCloud photos to someone

Sharing a album iCloud link to somone and then deleting the pictures of your phone will the other person still be able to see the pictures since you already sent it. also that it was about 360 pictures and it was sent separately each album with 30 pictures each and none will load only 2 and it’s taking forever not even one picture has loaded , will it ever load?
