I have an iPhone 6s Plus and I backed up my phone with iCloud. When I chose Software Update, it says my iPhone is up to date on 12.4.8 which isn’t the latest update. Is there a problem i’m missing?

The problem is likely that you really have an iPhone 6 Plus, not an iPhone 6s Plus


Here is a list of phones that can take an iOS 13 install..

12.4.8 is the latest for an iPhone 6/6 Plus
