hey guys I was hoping to install windows 8.1 on macOS high Sierra, BUT i don't have a usb drive. I wanna install it on boot camp but like it needs a usb? can anybody solve this???

Unless you are installing Windows into a Virtual Machine you will need a USB drive for a Boot Camp install. Here is an Apple article with instructions for installing Windows using Boot Camp.
