Wrong name on contacts card and my info

Is it possible that a person that has no access to your phone set this up, or did I do it by mistake.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

It is more likely that you made the mistake. How could someone with no access to your phone make the change. The exception to that would be if you are sharing an Apple ID with someone.

Thanks for the response, that’s where I’m confused because the person has an Android and I just bought the new iPhone. I was concerned that my phone was access without my permission.
