Need help to pair a JBL bluetoolth speaker with IPhone X

Get out the manual for the JBL speaker (or the help page on their website). On the phone go to Settings/Bluetooth. Then follow the instructions from JBL for putting the speaker into Pairing mode. Once it is in pairing mode it will appear on the iPhone Bluetooth screen and you can click on it to complete the pairing.

If the speaker has been previously paired its pairing table may be full. You would then have to factory reset it (per the instructions in the manual).
