Receiving monthly bill

Does anyone know how to cancel an old iTunes account? I no longer use this account, but I'm being billed $9.99 a month. The account page doesn't seem to offer cancellation as an option. Thanks!

First you need to cancel the subscription. Log into that old account and follow the steps in here:
