I can’t delete any pictures

I already tried settings/iCloud/turn off iCloud-photos and photostream. My pictures are still on my phone, even after trying deleting them in different ways. What else beside turning off the iCloud-photos and photostream can I do? My iPhone storage is full.

Thank you in advance

Depends on how they got to the phone. If you synced them from a computer directly (by plugging your phone in) you need to sync with that computer again to remove them.
