iPhone 7 Plus calls not working

When I answer calls can not hear anything or be heard and the speaker icon is greyed out

I been able to fix the problem by resetting the settings.

Did you reset all the settings or just the network settings?? I'm having this issue as well. I'll even go to answer my phone, and the phone will appear to be answered, but will continue to ring.

I reset the network settings as suggested and the issue is fixed. My phone is working again. Thank you
