Duplication of all files in Finder after software update

Hello,

Recently I updated my macbook air to Mac OS 10.15.5 and afterwards I found that all of my files in my Finder were duplicated, so now i have two copies of all my files. Is there a way to delete all the duplicates at once?

Begin with Quit Finder (it restarts immediately).

And if necessary a restart.
