I recently found out my phone was hacked. I changed my Apple ID and added an access code to be sent to when I login.

  1. How do I get rid of my old Apple ID?
  2. Every time now when I login to my Apple Account I am being told that someone from Illinois is trying to access my account with my old Apple ID.
  3. For a while now when I go to websites to make purchases the website always defaults to a zip code in Illinois. I will change it to my zip code, but next time I login it’s back to Illinois zip code.
  4. I placed an order on Amazon the other day and received an email that someone from Illinois was trying to access my account.

I apologize for the length of this, but it seems like they are all connected some how.

Please help!

If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
