Macbook pro lagging when playing minecraft

I just switched from a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2013) to a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) and when I play minecraft I dont have any lagg ingame but when I go on google my laptop laggs a lot. I did not have this problem on the 2013 model.
