iPhone gave me a notification of an update to my emergency address- when I swiped on it nothing happened?

I’m wondering if this is some kind of virus or what was going on- I got a notification that said that my emergency address had been updated- when I swiped on the notification to see what it was it just took me to my home screen. I don’t have my WiFi calling on and every support thing I’ve googled for this has said something about WiFi calling. Does anyone know why I was getting this notification?

As you have searched previously on your iPhone emergency address is only related to turning on Wi-Fi Calling as your carrier requires it in case there was an emergency and the cellular service was weak while you needed to dial your emergency number they use this address to send emergency support, you can check with your carrier if any update on your service has been applied on your account containing this feature.

Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling.
