my AirPods lately have been malfunctioning when I play music, Sometimes it completely cuts off but it shows that the music is still playing but I can’t hear it I would like to exchange them pls and thank you

So i tried what you told me , and it was fine for a day then the next day it started to do it again & now i dont even hear the music i have to take the headphones off and i reset it again and still going on . I listen to my airpods alot at work btw so its been like this for months.
