I am trying to get a new cover for my old iPad. The model # is 10.3.3. Is that the same as iPad 2 3 4?

Look for iPad fourth generation. However, since this model was released by Apple in 2012 and discontinued in 2014, it may be next to impossible to find accessories for it. This iPad Accessories list on the left only goes back to fifth generation iPads.

Yes, it’s well past time to get a new iPad. Your fourth generation iPad cannot run an iOS version beyond iOS 10.3.4. The current iPadOS version is 13.6! iOS 10.3.4 is roughly three years out of date.
Even though your iPad is old, you CAN still get covers for these iPads on Amazon.com
Plenty of covers for your 2012, iPad 4th generation on Amazon.
Covers that fit a 2011 iPad 2nd or 2012 3rd generation will fit a 2012 iPad 4th generation.
Amazon has lots of these covers and cover/cases for these models.

You can get ANY type/style case/case cover for any iPad year and model.
If the cover/case/cover states that it works with your iPad 4th generation, then it should work just fine.
It should be fine.
The iPad 2, 3 and 4 all have the same physical dimensions and all of the various connectors and buttons are all in the same relative locations.

No, it is not. That is your iOS version number (operating system).

It says the model is MD510LL/A
That is a fourth generation iPad, Wi-Fi only model.
