Assuming that you mean that you want to uninstall Classic from your hard disk:

1 Shut down Classic if it is running.

2 open the System Folder. (Not, repeat, NOT the System folder. The one you want to access is the one with the OS 9 icon on it.)

3 place contents of System Folder (note caps...) in Trash. Do not empty. If you get a message about System files, make sure that you're removing the contents of the System Folder. If you are, then place the contents of the System Folder except the System file or the Finder into the Trash. Place those files into separate folders somewhere easily accesible.

4 reboot the Mac.

5 now empty the Trash. If you moved the System file or the Finder to separate folders, retrieve them and place them in the Trash.

6 place empty System Folder in Trash. Empty Trash.

You have now deleted Classic.
