I have an hdmi adapter to my iPhone SE 2020 I hooked it on the tv and it worked for about 20 minutes and now it shows me something that I have to scan a “QR code upgrade” I don’t know what that means any help would be useful I’ve unplugged and replugged but still shows me the same thing on my tv screen
