It was coming no service when we put sim card

You need to provide more information. Which model of iPhone are you using? If you’re using an iPhone 7, there is a possibility your iPhone is part of the group of iPhones that qualifies for Apple’s repair extension program. You can find out more about it here: https://support.apple.com/iphone-7-no-service


If it’s not an iPhone 7 or does not qualify:

  • Have you tried restarting the phone?
  • Have you contacted your carrier to ensure the SIM card is active?
  • Has the phone previously worked with that SIM card?
  • Have you tried resetting your network settings?
