You need to provide more information. Which model of iPhone are you using? If you’re using an iPhone 7, there is a possibility your iPhone is part of the group of iPhones that qualifies for Apple’s repair extension program. If it’s not an iPhone 7 or does not qualify:
- Have you tried restarting the phone?
- Have you contacted your carrier to ensure the SIM card is active?
- Has the phone previously worked with that SIM card?
- Have you tried resetting your network settings?
If you’ve tried all of the above, contact Apple Support directly so they can continue assisting you.
