Blocking certain apps on iPad

Hi,

I would like to know how to block certain apps from being used while still being able to use the device. Situation: my child is using their iPad for online schooling during the COVID lockdown, but still access to apps like TikTok, Pinterest and games which distracts from doing school work.

How can I block these apps without setting the app limits to 1 minute or setting a new downtime which blocks the entire iPad?
