Apple Watch messages export when deleted in iphone

I accidentally deleted a message thread on my iphone, but I notice it’s still on my watch. How do I transfer that message back to my iphone or to iCloud ? How can I export the message thread in a more overview format, like iPhone/PC display? I read Apple Watch messages don’t sync delete with iPhone or permanently delete from Apple Watch iMessages. But how do I access them and possibly restore? I read other answers that clearly don’t know what they’re talking about
