Problem with finding itunes in the firewall to allow it

I have bee trying to restore my phone in itunes and it keeps giving me an error 3259. Ive tried re-installing itunes, restarting the computer, and nothing works. I read that maybe my firewall has it blocked so i just have to allow the itunes app through the firewall, the problem is that I cant find the app when I open the firewall and I cannot continue.

If anyone knows how I can solve this issue I would be thankfull.

You can potentially turn off the Windows firewall temporarily and see if you are able to restore the iPhone then. Unless you have your router port forwarding requests from the Internet to your computer the router is normally acting as a sufficient firewall. See If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support for Apple's advice on this topic. Other things to check are that your clock is set correctly, that you're not using a VPN, and temporarily disable any third party anti-virus software that might block communications. If you haven't already done so reboot both router and computer before trying once more. Depending on the state of the device you may also be able to restore it from the settings app.
