Cookies are enabled and I still get the error that the site needs cookies

Everything says that cookies are enabled, pop ups are enabled, there is no privacy and I still get the message that the site needs cookies to open. It works on other browsers but I want it to work on Safari, as other features of this site works better on safari. It used to work.
