What charge?
No way for us to know if you have charges. This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple Support.
If you are seeing a charge on your credit or debit card statement see the following link for steps to take to identify the charge: If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
If the charge is only from an email message you received, make sure its actually a real email from Apple and not a scam message: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
