You don’t add devices, you add family members to the plan. iCloud storage is not tied to devices, it is tied to your Apple ID.

Once you upgrade your storage plan to a shared family plan, you invite the family members to share the plan. If they have their own paid iCloud storage plans, and they join the family plan, their plans will be cancelled and they receive a refund for the unused time on the plan. If they were only using the free 5GB storage, they are automatically added to the family storage plan.

Take a look at this for more information.

I just upgraded mi iCloud Storage to 2TB, Family plan... HOW DO I IDENTIFY or ADD Family devices to Manage Your STORAGE ??

It should have a “+” somewhere, so other devices on the account can be identified.

My only Choice is to CUT “(me)” Out of Family plan... ????

Very disappointing, considering this is Apple, with an Apple Account, just upgrading the iCloud account.

Someone - please help - thank you - Kornel
