No, that was not the issue at all. I use Bank of America and have used Apple Cash for years it is always instantaneous. The issue was a glitch with the Apple system it took countless calls to customer service to figure it out. The resolution was to turn off Apple Cash on the phone and then turn it back on. This solve the issue. However there is a glitch in the system because now I have to do that every time to update my Apple Cash balance. In the end the last representative I spoke with was Extremely knowledgeable and was able to solve the issues. The rest for days give me the same answer as you did above well my money was locked up with Apple. At least I spoke with someone knowledgeable in the end and the issue is now solved hopefully others will not have the same experience of having to wait days in speaking to multiple people before getting the correct answer. From Reading the boards and searches online I’m not the only one having this problem. Thank you, and thank you to the wonderful Apple specialist who is finally able to solve my problem. I wish all were trained as well and had the experience and knowledge that she did.
