High Sierra 10.13 would be a downgrade from Mojave 10.14, Catalina 10.15 would be called an upgrade...

I realized my original question was flawed in its detail - not sure where my brain was at at the time 😬 I suspect I wrote the request on my other 2015 Macbook Pro and mixed up the details. Doh!

Should've been "I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2011) running macOS Sierra that I wish to upgrade to High Sierra. I can't find the download anywhere...???"
